It is advisable to wear loose fitting clothing and several layers to maintain comfortable body temperatures during the breath sessions. Please bring two pillows and a blanket for your own use.

- discover the power of intention setting for each breath session
- hear about the body mapping system, unique to Transformational Breath and experience it
- learn techniques for increasing your energy levels, improving a sense of well-being and how you can actively participate in your own healing.
This workshop will also include a short introduction to the technique of Transformational Breath for those who have not attended one of our previous workshops and be a refresher for those who have.
