‘lovedance’ invites you to be part of the positive dance community.
After a short rest for re-inspiration, re-connection and re-engagement it is now time for ‘lovedance’ to re-birth into 2012 and all the possibilities that this year brings.
We have a new sprung dance floor and have coined the phrase “play shop” to describe a space where we dance with fantastic music, meet, play, love and have fun, honoring the sacredness of all beings whilst remembering that we are all that which we seek. Be prepared for mindful ecstasy and random acts of kindness, held within a crystal clear energy.
Introducing the LOVEBAR by Cafe Grace bringing out-of-this-world healthy elixir drinks and raw treats.
So come ‘n’ dance on SATURDAY THE 11TH FEBRUARY at Dmac dance studios on 4th floor Hamilton House 80 Stokes Croft Bristol at 8pm – midnight.

Cafe Grace – Raw Food & Live Music!
First, we would like to send out our appreciation to all of you whose energy has made these events so much fun and so creatively inspired – raw treats, fantastic live music & hidden creative talents – the events have been an absolute blessing of community magic.
We also apologise you haven’t heard from us recently… Due to recent moves and venue changes – both personal and of Positive Living Bath – Cafe Grace has been on pause to allow for these transitions.
There are some thoughts brewing to rekindle the magic for summer events at the new Positive Living venue. We promise to keep you updated as soon as the dust settles.

CAFE GRACE presents: Sounds of Spring – Raw Living Talk & Open Jam Session

£5 entry from 6-7pm for raw living talk, then free entry
Welcoming all creative souls to join us for another evening of music, open performance, amazing raw food indulgence and warm-hearted company.
The evening begins with a talk on Raw Living by Jonathan May, £5 entry from 6-7pm – Learn about the benefits of raw food. Please book in advance for the talk (contact below) to be guaranteed a place and food.
Next, we call forth the hidden talents within you, inviting you to participate in an Open Stage Drumming & Instrumental Jam Session after 7pm, using the power of sound and like minds to clear out the old and welcome the new. Bring your drums, voices, shakers, flutes, and all other instruments to contribute to the magical Cafe Grace atmosphere.
Our performances will be backlit by beautiful large screen images of spring, water, nature.
Cafe Grace will be serving a wild raw food delight, nettles, wild garlic & cleavers for your taste buds and Super-Green juices, Hemp-Cacao energy smoothies, ‘Macca’chino creamy hot drinks, Herbal Hot Chocolate & a selection of mouth-watering, gourmet raw desserts. RAW CHOCOLATE RAW CHOCOLATE RAW CHOCOLATE. Mmmmm.
