‘In Harmony with the Elements’

Come and share a beautiful, relaxing & reviving week on the spectacular Datcha Peninsular in Turkey. Nature will be fully in bloom and we will have plenty of opportunity to immerse ourselves in her abundance as we take meditative walks through the flowering countryside. Using Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance we will bring the elements into harmony within ourselves allowing healing and restoration on every level.
By harnessing the powerful energy of this time of year and embracing the joy and celebration of the Beltane festival we will connect more deeply with the absolute love and deep peace that is always present within our hearts.
Our retreat centre in nestled in the small village of Eski Datcha, a few kilometres away from Datcha town. Here we will be welcomed to a true home away from home. Our hosts look after everything we need from comfortable accommodation to beautiful homecooked food, and not forgetting the delicious Turkish breakfast!!!
Investment £450 (£400 if booked before 15th Feb). Price includes all yoga, Shakti Dance, guided walks, accommodation, breakfast and 5 evening meals. (Flights to Dalaman and tranfsers to Eski Datcha are not included).
N.B. if anyone is considering the retreat in Turkey but is not able to afford it please let me know and we can see if we can work out a concession rate. What matters to me is that the people who feel they would like to be there are able to come.
