It’s also a really beautiful time of year to visit this part of Turkey – chamomille flowers, poppies and lavender in abundance!

There is a slightly discounted price for those booking before the 31st January and concessions are possible. Please get in touch if you would like further information.  Call Anjali on 07961 105 780.

Positive Living Bath @ Cycles Maximus, rear or 6-10 Kensington Place, Bath BA1 6AW (see below for map)

Shakti Dance freedance with Anjali KaurShakti Dance is the conscious practise of dance, infused with the wisdom of yoga to develop awareness and understanding of body, mind and emotions.

With a unique and harmonious blend of flowing asanas and various styles of dance, Shakti Dance works energetically to develop the art of intuitive and free movement through a state of meditative union. Shakti Dance has its roots in the science and tradition of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It implements insights drawn from yogic philosophy to awaken and embody universal principles of harmonious movement.

Anjali brings a sense of joy and openness to her classes and focuses on allowing people to come into an awareness of the deep silence that is always present within. As we access this silence through yoga and dance we connect with the true nature of our existence, enabling us to go beyond the stresses placed on us by modern day living.

Wear clothing you can move freely in. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

£15 / £10 concessions
