”If music is food for the soul, bhajans are amrtam (ambrosia). Inspired by and directed by God, they kindle the Light within in a way no other form of music can. Anyone can soar on the wings of these musical prayers to a state far beyond the travails and vicissitudes of life.” Amma

Amma has travelled the world for the last 30 years, bringing a message of love, hope and peace through her talks, and her signature embrace — darshan— a personal hug that awakens the universal love in each of our hearts. whenever she is asked about her religion, she replies that her religion is love. she does not ask anyone to believe in god or to change their faith, but only to enquire into their true nature. The programme begins at 10:30am and includes a film on Amma’s love in action and a walk to the tor with a green meditation. An evening satsang of chanting and devotional songs starts at 6:30pm.
The suggested donation to cover costs for the day is £10. Please bring vegan food to share for lunchtime.
