Stand Still and Energise
A 12-week Introduction to Tai Chi
Monday evenings 7-8.30pm at The Love Lounge, Bath

‘STAND STILL AND ENERGISE – An Introduction to Tai Chi’.
At the end of this 12-week course you will have learned:
- a set of Chi Gung energy exercises
- the principles of Tai Chi
- some postures of Tai Chi
- some mental exercises to help you relax
The sessions will be led by Paddy Nisbett. Paddy has over sixteen years of experience of Tai Chi Chuan and has been teaching for over thirteen years. During the last couple of years, he has been teaching Tai Chi Foundation classes for local voluntary organisations, enabling attendees to regain balance, strength and confidence. He also leads a Sunday practice session in a local park.
As well as teaching Tai Chi, Paddy is a Life Coach, Facilitator and Community Development Worker.
