Naam Yoga is a form of yoga that is good for beginners and people used to other styles of yoga. I also bring in aspects of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga. The focus of the class is on mantras and asanas – the Good Vibrations!
All you need is a breath and a soul.
Yoga mats, bolster cushions and blankets are provided so you can just turn up on the spur of the moment! If you have your own yoga mat do feel free to bring it as the class is becoming more popular.
Just wear clothes you can move in and bring a bottle of water (or collect a glass of water in the Bell on your way through).
Price – waged £8 / unwaged & students £4 or by donation
