Relationship Dynamics
These workshops support a better understanding of relationship dynamics, improve our relationship with ourselves and others, help us open up to love as well as ecstatic sexuality and develop our potential on all levels so that our relationships become an expression of our own growth. You can come as a couple or alone. You do not need to be currently involved in a relationship to benefit from this teaching which includes individual and partner practices.
The Relationship with Ourselves: 17 &18 March
There are three stages to the relationship with ourselves: self enquiry, self discovery and self love. These 3 stages are essential to our individual growth and our relationships. This workshop gives keys to evolve the relationship with ourselves which is the foundation of all relationships with others.

Women’s Tantra Workshop in Bristol, Wednesday 5 October 2011.
Women’s Tantra workshop with Daksha Marana, Wednesday 5 Oct 10-6pm in Cotham, Bristol (Location given on booking).

We will be sharing, healing, dancing, breathing, massaging together and doing an individual tantra practice to take home that will help deepen your process of opening more consciously to love. These days are nourishing, playful, supportive and rich to experience. The workshop is from10am-6pm and you would need to commit to the whole time.
This will be a small group of no more than 8 women and ideal for those new to tantra as well as those with experience.
