Sound Healing and Kundalini Yoga Sadhana near Wells, Somerset
Aquarian Sadhana, most Sundays, 5 – 7.30 am
Preet Kaur holds a weekly Aquarian Sadhana – in the Kundalini Yoga tradition – on Sunday mornings at 5am.
What better way tot start the day than to clear the altar of our consciousness from any patterns that are keeping us from shining the truth of who we are. It is a time to share in sangat and develop a link from individual consciousness to group consciousness and ultimately to universeal infinite consciousness.
Bring a yoga mat/sheepskin, food to share for breakfast and £5 for the space.
If you’d like to come please contact Preet on 07704 636647 or preetkaur108@yahoo.co.uk to check the date and to get directions.
Gong Bath, most Sundays, 7pm
Also on sunday night at 7pm, there is a gong bath. The gong most powerfully affects the mana maya kosa, which clears out the closets of the mind so that the mind starts to link with our soul and our infinite nature, instead of swimmining in the realm of maya. Let’s make our habits more refined and tuned into Ong, universal consciousness.
Bring something to lie on, a blanket, cushion and £8 for the session.
If you’d like to come please contact Preet on 07704 636647 or preetkaur108@yahoo.co.uk to check the date and to get directions.

“Bring Everyone!” asks Maestro
Group Healings by donation by Maestro Constantino
last day ~ Wednesday 9 May 2012
1.30pm, 3pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
@ Abundant Life Wellness Centre, Bath
A message from Dr Thomasina Craster, one of the organisers of Maestro Constantino’s first visit to UK:
“I am really excited to let you know that we have a Mexican healer called Maestro Constantino coming to Bath at Abundant Life Wellbeing Centre to give free healings.
“Maestro Constantino has had a profound healing effect on not only my life, but many of my friends and family too. I was first attracted to visit this extraordinary healer after he healed a friend of mine who had had her spinal cord ripped following an accident and was suffering from partial paralysis, seizures and severe migraines. There was nothing more the medical profession could do for her. After one visit with Maestro Constantino over 3 consecutive days, she was completely healed.
“This is one story of many that I personally have witnessed with this incredible healer. For this reason, I have chosen to bring him to the UK and would strongly recommend that if any of you can make any of these dates, come and receive some healing for yourself and your friends.
“The healings are donations based only, in order to help cover the cost of bringing him to England. Please see the attached flyer for details of where and when to book yourself onto a healing circle.
“Due to the strength of the healing, you can only receive one healing a day. However, you can come as many days as you like. Please feel free to circulate this information to friends and family.”
There is no need to book a place – just arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Healing Song of the Heart
Sound Healing day with Sudha & Tarisha
Saturday 14 April 2012
11am – 5pm
Hamilton House, Stokes Croft, Bristol

A day programme, running from 11am till 5pm, includes a meditation to relax and open the body, giving participants time to arrive in the space. Keeping the tranquil vibe, Sudha and Tarisha sing their beautiful songs and chants to bathe everyone in light and deepen the silence. We gather in a Sound Healing Circle, first opening up our voices and hearts with gentle exercises, then singing, gently allowing the vibration of sound to move around our body. We end with a song circle where we sing together letting our hearts resonate with each other. A lunch break is also included where we will have time to share food and chat.
No previous experience with singing is needed. It is simply about allowing what ever – sound or no sound – to arise from the heart and to feel the healing that it brings. Sudha and Tarisha have known each other for more than a decade and have played for meditation gatherings and festivals many times over the years. Their close friendship is reflected in their work together and always makes the atmosphere light and relaxed.
“Being in Tarisha and Sudha’s sound circle feels like a warm embrace for the soul. A boundaryless healing space where letting go is easy. The relaxation in my body and heart still resonated for a long time after the session. Both giving and receiving sound brought a very deep silence inside”. Afke, Brighton
Tarisha is a singer songwriter living in the Osho Leela community in Dorset. Her music is inspired by nature, meditation, silence and the heart. She has recorded 2 CD’s of her songs and chants, All Your Faces and Carry me Home. The first has shamanic and playful qualities, the other is heartful and gentle.Tarisha has taught singing and songwriting for many years inspiring totality and creative expression. With Sudha, she is focusing more on the healing power of sound and song, bringing light into the heart.
