Continuum Movement, developed over 45 years by Emile Conrad, is an enquiry into our fluid nature, and its effect on our health and well-being.
This 2 day workshop is led by Cherionna Menzam-Sills.
How well do you know and follow your heart?
So often, we shut ourselves off from our sensitive hearts. This workshop offers an opportunity to return to your heart.
Using the breath, sounds, awareness and gentle movement of Continuum, we will practice settling deeper than the hurts and suffering of our lives, widening our perception out into the love that is always there.

Beginners Harmonium Workshop
Sat 28th January, 2-5pm, Stroud
Complete beginners welcome. Borrow a harmonium if you don’t have one. Come and have a taste.
Devotional Guitar Workshop
Sat 11th February, 2-5pm, Stroud
Come and learn some , chants and songs from other spiritual traditions. Improve your guitar playing and singing in the process. Some experience with guitar required ( i.e. ability to hold down a few basic chords).
Singing lessons
I am also giving singing lessons for people who love chanting and singing but who think they can’t sing or can’t sing very well. I provide an encouraging, confidence building space for us to explore together the magic of the human voice.

This Autumn, our favourite kirtan musicians Bharati & Dinesh are offering Kirtans, a course in Bhakti Yoga and a Beginners Harmonium Workshop, all in Stroud.
They will also be a star feature of our 11-11-11 Aquarian Gathering at Gaunt’s House from 10-13 November 2011. They will be offering Kirtan on Saturday evening and will be playing with other musicians for each of the morning sadhanas. Bharati & Dinesh are also offering a workshop on ‘ Tuning the Heart: Entering the Shabad‘. There may be informal bhajans in front of the fire on Friday evening.
