Malik’s love for life and health led him into a chance meeting with some like minded people in Bath. Through discovering and learning the benefits of raw living food and the practice of Naam Yoga, emerged Positive Living Bath and Café Grace.

Malik is passionate about raw living food and believes it to be one of the foundations to vitality and health, In some ways it is akin to aikido (a state of harmony and flow) we begin to clear the system or learn to become non resistant which then allows the flow of energy, giving more for less, becoming more efficient with less effort or less consumption.

Malik believes to grow your own food is ultimately a way to really connect with nature and people, not everyone has the feeling to do their own growing and can choose to buy local organic veg, which we are blessed with having so many organic farms to support.

Malik continues to make delicious raw cakes, which you can order and find at Ben’s Café Walcot Street Bath. I look forward to be doing workshops on raw living and living in natural magic in 2012, plus you can find out more by visiting the blog.

And follow Café Grace on FaceBook to receive support and new ideas to evolve into the present.

I invite you to make contact and find out more about any of these ways of living and arts.

You can contact Jonathan (Malik) on 07740 706 232.
